2. Daprodustat (Duvroq, Jesduvroq)
3. Pirtobrutinib (Jaypirca)
4. Bexagliflozin (Brenzavvy for human, Bexacat for cat)

1. Elacestrant (Orserdu)

개발사 : Stemline Therapeutics, Inc.

적응증 : 유방암 (ER-positive, HER2-negative, ESR1-mutated advanced or metastatic breast cancer)

작용기전 : 경구용 Estrogen Receptor Antagonist (Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator (SERM) and Selective Estrogen Receptor Degrader (SERD)

2. Daprodustat (Duvroq, Jesduvroq)

개발사 : GlaxoSmithKline

적응증 : 만성 신부전(CKD) 관련 빈혈증

작용기전 : HIF prolyl-hydroxylase inhibitor

적응증 : 항암제 (to treat mantle cell lymphoma)

작용기전 : First and only non-covalent (reversible) BTK Inhibitor

적응증 : 제2형 당뇨병 치료제. (흥미롭게도 고양이 당뇨치료제로도 2022년 FDA허가취득 sponsored by Increvet Inc.)

작용기전 : Sodium-Glucose co-Transporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitor
